Meet Rona, the Healthcare Industry superstar! With 20 years under her belt, she's a case management whiz, specializing in behavioral health cases, patient admissions and discharges, and overseeing a team of nurse practitioners. She's also a policy and procedures pro and has tackled high-risk cases with ease. Rona holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing and is a Residential Care Facility Administrator, a consultant for an RCFE business, and a Medicare and Medical expert. She also owns and administers Resident Care Facilities across different cities. Her impressive resume includes 17 years of medical and behavioral management at Caremore Healthcare, 10 years of bedside nursing, admissions, and case management at Skilled Nursing Facility, and case management at Downey's Presbyterian Hospital. As if that wasn't enough, Rona also helps train Viva Live's Virtual Assistants to take on any task like a pro.
